2. Product Authenticity & Nature
2.1 Product Authenticity: Every single room freshener, aroma oil, concentrate base, and diffuser sold on this site is 100% formulated and manufactured by SB Aroma (S.B. Aromatics). We do not resell generic brands. When you buy from us, you are buying directly from the source.
2.2 Product Nature: We design fragrances that are premium yet safe. Our ambient formulations are alcohol-free, non-hazardous when used as directed, safe for commercial or home spaces, and comply with standard environmental safety metrics.
2.3 Quality Assurance Commitment: We implement multi-step quality control, including checking bottles/cans for cracks or leaks, testing spray mechanisms, verifying diffuser electronic operations, and using transit-safe packaging to minimize delivery issues.
3. Payments & Billing
All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and select digital wallets.
By providing payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and authorize our secure processor to charge the total amount of your order (including shipping fees or taxes, if applicable).
4. Limitation of Liability
Our products should be used strictly in accordance with their instruction labels:
- Aroma oils should only be used in compatible diffuser systems (reed, ultrasonic mist, burner).
- Air freshener concentrates must be diluted as specified (e.g. diluting A.F.C. concentrates correctly).
- Products must be kept out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest. Avoid direct contact with eyes.
SB Aroma (S.B. Aromatics) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper dilution, misuse, or application of our products contrary to their labeled instructions.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this website, purchases, or agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
